MS Teams

A Evonex Teams Voice licence enables businesses to integrate the Evonex telephony platform and Microsoft Teams environment to transform the way they work, bringing together the best of both worlds into a single platform for collaboration and calls.

An Evonex Teams Voice licence utilises direct routing together with business voice to create a single communications platform that enhances the capabilities of Teams Desktop and Mobile applications and allows customers to keep their favourite telephony features, existing telephone numbers, call routing plans, reporting, and benefit from the best call rate packages.

Insights Reporting

Insights reporting provides all the information you would expect from an industry leading reporting suite, including individual DDI level analysis.

Designed and developed specifically for the Evonex platform, Insights allows you to choose from a comprehensive list of pre-defined reports or apply your own filters for a more detailed understanding of call traffic by groups, users, and call types.
