Our story has evolved over the course of the last 8 years as a part of the wider, and much longer history of Southern Communications Group, which goes back to 1965. From the acquisition of Efar in 2014 to MyPhones in 2018 and subsequent Wholesale offerings within Hello Telecom, NSN, and 2 Circles we now have over 200 wholesale partners.

SCG Wholesale brings together the best of Hosted Telephony, Mobile, and Connectivity all in one place, alongside a much broader portfolio. Our own hosted platform, Altos from MyPhones gives us the ability to give depth and flexibility to our Wholesale Channel whilst innovating the delivery of hardware and call services.

All our Wholesale products can be brought together as one solution or taken individually as you need them. We are committed to helping you scale the curve and deliver more value than ever before to your customers.

Our Shared Service Centre allows us to help you manage your customer the way you want to with a choice of Provisioning, Support, Account Management, Billing, and an agreed Exit Plan.


New partners of SCG Wholesale can take advantage of our FastStart programme. This gives you access to our highly trained delivery team to provision your first ten orders, whilst simultaneously enabling your own delivery team to learn this process in a live environment.

FastStart is designed to enable partners to start selling as soon as the commercial proposition is agreed, enabling instant growth to help you scale the curve. Once your team has the necessary knowledge, you can take back the provisioning in-house. Or you can use our provisioning services as a permanent solution. Through our Shared Service Centre, you can manage your customers your way, empowering you to be more in control of your business.


Our Technical Support Team can provide either first- or second-line white label support to your end-users, helping you troubleshoot customer issues and providing them a quick response time on technical issues.

Account Management

Our highly experienced Customer Account Managers can help you look after your customers by providing white-label support for all our products plus, they will help you upsell new SCG-provided solutions to them, helping you to scale that curve.
